• Each BasementBags item is made to order, much of our merchandise is hand made. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Please note additional time is required for large quantity orders.
  • Monogram and embroidery is included in the cost of items purchased from Basement Bags. 
  • We want you to love your BasementBags  purchase, however, there is no return or refund on personalized items unless we made a mistake. Please enter information carefully.
  • If customer cancels an order after design proof has been approved, a $10 service fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are calculated through Real Time Carrier Rates. Customer will be invoiced for any shipping overage.Packages are shipped USPS Only.  We strongly suggest the USPS Priority option because that provides insurance for lost/damaged packages.  First Class/Economy shipping is offered but please note BasementBags is not responsible and will not reimburse for lost or damaged packages. Need it in a hurry?  Priority Express & Overnight  is available, contact us.
  •  At BasementBags your privacy is very important to us, we will never share your personal information with anyone unless required by law.

If you want a font/design that is not currently in our inventory, the cost of the design will be added to your invoice.
